Rita and Joe are always so welcoming. Stella the pup and Nairo the kitty are used to having people around and like interaction (on their terms, like any animal). I was here for three months further deepening the bond I have with these fur kids. I think this was my third time with Stella and Nairo in this quiet residential neighbourhood. A quick 3 minute drive gets you to a main road with all of the usual stores, banks, coffee shops, restaurants (with a new Kinton Ramen) and grocery stores. ... A quick 3 minute drive gets you to a main road with all of the usual stores, banks, coffee shops, restaurants (with a new Kinton Ramen) and grocery stores. The house systems are not complicated and communication with Rita is great. The neighbours are super nice too. Lots of contact numbers are available in the home welcome package, if there were an issue with plumbing, pets, electrical, the stove...whatever but I've never needed any. Would go again!

What a great sit for Rita, Joe, with Stella and Nairo. I was made to feel at home immediately. Both are very warm, kind, thoughtful and gracious hosts. Their home is lovely, very clean, and organized. Guest room is very comfortable. Outside spaces are great. Sights and sounds of birds abound. A welcome guide is provided and helpful. Love these guys (the humans and the furbies). Lovely modern home in a quiet residential area. Second time here and the pets remembered me! There was very little warming up needed - within a couple of hours of their separation anxiety, they were hangin' with Uncle Rod, and happy happy. Pets are quite independent, but love to be close by. No excessive meowing or barking (other than the door bell). As always, communication has been great. Looking forward to the next visit, already!

Clean, with air purifiers, modern everything and very cosy and comfortable family room, where the pets and I spent most of our time: working, watching telly, enjoying the fire and watching the snow. The neighbourhood is residential and the neighbours on each side are great if you need anything. Stores are a very short drive away. Joe and Rita have great stories of travel and family - they are a very warm, well spoken and welcoming couple. I truly felt comfortable with my fur niece (Stella) and fur nephew (Nairo) and they were affectionate in return. I'd make myself available again if they requested!
