Hello sitters

My husband and I are planning a trip with his family overseas but 1st we need to find a trusted pet/house sitter...

We are located in a nice community in SW Airdrie Alberta

We have 2 sweet Chihuahuas our Female (Tinkerbell) is 13yrs and Male (Pete) 6yrs

They live up to the Chihuahuas character... tend to bark when they 1st meet someone however our dogs will generally warm up to strangers quickly and love to cuddle once they get to know/trust you. Both are lovable although Pete is extra!

They have a simple daily routine. Breakfast in the morning and again dinner time. They are trained to use pee pads when inside and when it's nice outside they enjoy the fenced backyard ( always supervised as we do have predators in the neighborhood).

Pete likes to play with squeek toys and chew on his bully stix. Tinkerbell is more independent and sleeps most of the day.

We have a wonderful local Veterinarian.

We have a 2 story home on a corner lot, perennial gardens and large fenced south facing backyard.

Neighborhood has walking/bike paths
Community is walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Public transportation accesable
City of Airdrie is located approx 20km north of Calgary.

Ideally, we would like to meet in person to introduce you to our dogs and orientate you to our home. We will give preference to local sitters, however we are open to finding the best sitter.

We have not yet booked our flights and flexible with dates, leaving sometime end of April 2025 and returning end of June 2025.

We look forward to discussing further.
